Getting a mortgage with a ccj

Hi
I’ve been ringing around brokers and it’s not looking good. Wondering if anyone here can help?
Me and my partner are looking to buy a property of around £200k with a deposit of £20k. I earn £24k a year and she earns £22k a year. The problem we have is I have a ccj which I received December 2016 for £917. It was sent to an old address so was totally unaware until it was to late. As soon as I found out I started paying it off and it’s been satisfied since May 2017.
We have been told that with only a 10% deposit no one will speak to us and that we’d need 15%. Just wondered if there’s anyone here who knows if there’s any chance we could get accepted with a 10% deposit.

You really need to get a broker to look at your full credit report.
A recent CCJ can be bad, but it would also come down to wider credit score with some lendersI am a Mortgage Broker.
