Hi I worked for a company for about 4 years paying in a pension I’ve since left that company and I’m now in another pension I paid in about 5k into the first plane, Can I take this and cancel the plan?

You can transfer it to another pension scheme.

If you're under 55 you can't take the cash.

And if you are over 55, you can probably start drawing a pension from it one way or another.
It's a separate entity to any other pension.
