I have made pumpkin pie before with this recipe https://www.verybestbaking.com/recipes/18470/libbys-famous-pumpkin-pie/ instead of the tin pumpkin I use fresh puree.
This year I was thinking of making in individual portions, do you think it would work? what style of tins would you recommend and how long in the oven.
