I'm going to buy an oven, washing machine and dishwasher. I think The appliances I want come to about £1200.
How much of a discount in high street shops could I hope to get if I ask nicely?

I might want to buy a fridge also and that'll be nearly £500.0

There's no realistic way to answer that - depends how good you are at haggling, how keen the shop is to shift whatever item(s) you pick, where in the country you are....give it a go and see what their best offer is. Good luck!0

Compare online prices then go into shop to see what they will do.
Why do you want to buy from a high street shop?0 -
Thank you for your replies.
You're absolutely right Brynsam it's a bit of how long is piece of string.
Tom 99 Maybe I'm not looking in the right places but I've not found the online shop much cheaper than high street shops.0 -

Sarah1972 Surprisingly ao.com is more expensive for the appliances I'm interested in. Thank you though.0

I tried getting a discount at John Lewis, but they said prices were set centrally.0
