I have slept on it and overnight realised I was getting 2 things mixed up - the Contracted Out Adjustment and the COPE amount. I should have been asking about the Adjustment, and whether it would come off my £128.60. Or has the adjustment already been applied in generating the figure of £128.60? Sorry about that. I now see from the calculations people have clarified above that "Adjustment" came off the old state pension and "COPE" off the new state pension in the 2 sets of calculations to ARRIVE at the £128.60. So I can stop worrying about having the £128.60 reduced! Thank you all for your answers.0

The £128.60 is the amount you will get, uprated by inflation between now and then.
The COPE and COD and any other figures do not affect this. They may, or may not, have been used in arriving this figure but this is irrelevant.
Further contributions between now and SPa can increase this to the £155 maximum.0 -
