Hi all,
Have a pre 2009 Nationwide mortgage that is currently 2.25% Bmr. Not exactly cheap now a days but really keen on the unlimited overpayment and borrow back feature where we can draw back our overpayments should we need.
I know a while ago some on the same were thinking ofchanging. With the interest rate rise possibility growing what are others thoughts now?
Thanks

You could get a regular Offset mortgage and rather than crediting the overpayments into the mortgage account just pay it into the associated current / savings account, then you are effectively achieving the same thing i.e only paying interest on the difference.0
