Freezer somehow still not sorted... At this point I've decided to just let it do it's own thing and I'll pop in tomorrow and see how it's doing :rotfl:

Room furniture all rejigged and it's a lot better :o It was nice the way it was laid out before but there were limitations to how the furniture could go based on the rats. We had two massive cages for them and they took up a good chunk of space. Now the cages are gone (remaining rat has a small bungalow cage) there's a lot more room. Did a big declutter yesterday as well which always makes me feel lighter. I really dislike 'stuff'.

Work today was bleugh... No overtime offered still which is frustrating. Before I went part time there was overtime offers every week and now there's nothing. It's annoying money-wise but I'm managing OK-ish as I am. Would just like some extra pennies to throw at the debt!

Tomorrow is weigh myself day so going to pop to the big Tesco after work to use the scales (armed with my 50p).

Not a MSE day. Friend from work emailed towards the end of the shift asking if I wanted to go for lunch with her. Normally I would have said no (neither diet nor debt busting really mix well with going for lunch) but it's coming up to a year since her Mum died and she's, understandably, feeling quite low so wanted to support her. Was nice to sit down and chat without work getting in the way so am happy I went with her.
Went to Nandos and had a chicken breast, corn on the cob and tap water and it was £10.45  I mean it was nice, but ten quid for a chicken breast and corn?! Money for the month now looking quite tight so no more gallivanting about on the town for me :rotfl:

Freezer finally sorted... Took an absolute age to defrost but is done finally so am happy.

I have zero plans for tonight and am quite content with that. Am still alcohol free (yay!) so that's 1 week tomorrow. That almost counts as a record :o Somehow even though I'm not drinking I was roped into buying OH a bottle of wine in the shops. So I'm sober but still out of pocket, not quite the plan :rotfl: Cheeky !!!!!!!

Went to the big Tesco to use their scales after work and have lost another kilo :o Am planning a walk tomorrow but not much else. I got through my to do list from earlier in the week so for once there isn't actually anything I need to do. Feels nice :o

Had a lovely long snooze last night :o Although I always wake up when OH comes to bed which is a tad annoying but it can't be helped.

Going to faff around the house for a bit then go for a walk. Kind of at a loss with what to do with myself today... Usually I have a list of '"to do's" to work through but I can't actually see anything that needs doing. I think I cleaned too thoroughly on Thursday :rotfl: The kitchen is a bit cluttered and disorganised so I may tackle that after the walk.

I'll make a very basic To do list just so I have something to aim for with my day:

    1. Go on Walk - 10,000 steps
    2. Shower
    3. De-clutter Kitchen and re-organise
    4. Dry hair and straighten
    5. Read 2 chapters of my book
    6. Re-arrange posters/ art in room (as this wasn't done during the rejigging)
    7. Lay out work clothes

Not a very difficult list, but will help me feel productive when I can cross things off.

Money-wise not any changes. Not touched the overdraft and am not going to (yay!) Spending within my means has gone a lot, lot better this month... I really do think I fritter money more when I have cash in my purse. I'm better paying with card because I pay attention to what I'm doing more. It's strange I really thought it would be the other way round but last month was an eye opener.

Feeling quite good as we're at the end of the month and I still have spending money left. Usually by this point I'm feeling quite skint and stressed but I feel OK at the moment. Today and tomorrow will be NSD's as have food in and have no plans (need to make up for my £10.45 Nando's yesterday :o)

    To do:
    [STRIKE]1. Go on Walk - 10,000 steps
    2. Shower [/STRIKE]
    3. De-clutter Kitchen and re-organise
Walk took longer than I expected so haven't done this yet - various people cooking atm so may leave until tomorrow.
    4. Dry hair and straighten
Just finished showering so will let hair air dry for a bit first.
    5. Read 2 chapters of my book
    Will do before bed :)
[STRIKE]6. Re-arrange posters/ art in room (as this wasn't done during the rejigging)
[/STRIKE][STRIKE]7. Lay out work clothes [/STRIKE]
