Hi, been looking at this site for a while now for advice on many things, it has been a total god send! Congrats Moneysavingexpert on an amazing site and users.
I have recently enterned into a Trust Deed agreement (IVA to those down south) as my debts were out of control, it was the only way forward. My problem is though, i have been silly with my mortgage payments, i have made late paymenst for the past 5 months. With this and my Trust Deed, there is no way i am going to get a decent mortgage. So i am expecting to have to rent after i sell the house. The prolem is though, i have a young family now, and now i will not have a house as an investment when older. Has anyone got any advice on what my options are? Or am i stuffed? It's totally my fault for getting into this mess, so i am prepared to live with the consequences of my mistakes. But if there is anything i could do to make the future a bit more bright, then that would be a bonus
)
Thanks in advance
