Headspace app

I've seen a discount code for the Headspace app and just wanted to hear people's thoughts before going ahead with it.

Always been a bit sceptical of minduflness and meditation but lots of people say good things.

I think it is good, but there are similar free apps and mediations on you tube - that in my opinion, are equally as good.


You can use Headspace for free, you don't HAVE to pay (for the upgraded version) - you could download the free version and see what you think? Then if it works for you, you could upgrade maybe


I have one called 'Guided Mediations' on my phone that I think is awesome (it's free)


I have found benefits to meditation

I love the headspace stuff. But do try different ones as what suits one person won't necessarily suit another.

I've found the Headspace app to be excellent. However I've found the best way to gain access is to join Anxiety UK (£30), and then you get a code to use Headspace for free.
