GHD repairs

Can anyone recommend anywhere (online I assume) that they've used to get GHD hair straighteners repaired?
My wife's straighteners won't switch on, and rather than buy a new pair which no doubt won't last either, I figured we should try to get these fixed.
I realise a quick Google will come up with thousands of results, but I'm specifically looking for recommendations of services that people have actually used, as I want to avoid
a) getting ripped off
b) getting a dodgy (or worse dangerous) repair
