on a cv is it better to give all your employment history or only the relevant stuff.
Like if you worked in an office 7 years ago but for the past 7 years worked as a driver but now going back to an office would you list the driving information or take that out and only list the office experience you had 7 years ago?

Typically I'd list either the last 5 years, OR upto the most relevant position, whichever is longest.0

You shouldn't leave out the driving jobs, but just show them in less detail than you would had they been relevant.
You need to make sure the details about the relevant experience stay on page 1.0 -
