Completion

Hi! Our completion date has changed from November to 27th October. We received a call from the Builder telling us about it. Our Home Demo is next week. However, we haven't heard anything from our Solicitor. We called them this morning and they even knew that our completion date has been changed.

We are really worried about this situation now.

Is that normal? Do they (Solicitor) work like this?

Thank you.

Comments

  • Presumably this is a new build and completion is 'on notice' rather than on a specific date?

If so have they served the (usually 10 day IIRC) notice?
