I am not sure but someone will be along soon to let you know. CCCS seem pretty good and national debtline, they both get recommended frequently. You can only ask, anyway.
It might be a good idea to post an SOA, people will be able to help more then.

I considered it last year when I was self-employed, and they didn't have a problem with that, although they like to know that you're guaranteed an amount each month. It was CCCS I spoke to. I've heard good things about Payplan as well.
Sorry, don't know about the Scottish aspect, but it can't hurt to give them a call.
