I am on the waiting list for NIHE this past 10 years. My circumstances have changed and I recently got more points. I'm up to 190, for west Belfast. 2 bedroom.
Does anyone know is this good?

from my experience of NIHE the best or perhaps the only way to get a house is to go the homeless way .
That doesn't mean you sit on there door step and say you are homeless.
If you current home is unsuitable for your needs you can be classed as homeless.
You can own a home and be classed as homeless depending on your needs.
!90 points looks good when you consider people being intimidated get 200 points.
