Completed IVA (3.5 years)max LTV in Scotland

I have a completed IVA (august 2013 to march 2014) - this was an IVA I was living in England at the time

Subject to meeting affordability checks (most affordability calculators say around 130k, I'm looking more around 40-80k) what's the highest LTV I could get on a property in Scotland ?

Most of articles/guides seem to be focused on the English market, which has quite a few more lenders

The LTV will not just depend on your IVA, but also on what else is on your credit file, what kind of property you're looking to buy, what your income/outgoings are like, etc.
You're right, there are less lenders available for Scotland vs England, but those who lend in both parts of the country and can accept past IVA will lend their max LTV regardless of where you lived at the time of having the IVA and regardless where you want to buy now.
There are lenders who could possibly give even 95% LTV, but this will be more of a case of how every other detail fits with their criteria and credit scoring. Your best bet is to speak to a broker and then take things from there.
