GMP Adjustments And further BCE / LTA impacts

Having just received retirement illustrations from two deferred DB schemes I am confused about the impacts of GMP adjustments when I reach state pension age? Both provide current LTA usage but appear to treat GMP differently, neither making clear how or if GMP adjustments at age 65 would affect LTA usage.
Can someone explain whether such adjustments are considered as additional BCE in their own right leading to additional LTA usage? Is it typical that DB scheme administrators ignore such in initial illustrations and or need to be asked to provide them?
Many thanks
