Mortgage LTV with CCJs

Hi all,

I am looking for some advice to decide whether its worth speaking to a broker at this time. I currently have two satisfied CCJ's for £591 and £617 from early 2014, since then my credit record has been perfect.

My question is would I have any options open to me at 95% LTV or would I still be looking for a minimum 15% deposit with my adverse credit?

Any advice is appreciated, thanks in advance.

You have options at 95% but I think it would be at a rate of around 4.5-5%.

At 90% you MAY get it to slip through with a high street lender.

At 85% you would have quite a few options at faily decent rates.

But yea, speak to a broker. I am 99% sure there will be a way.
