New Mortgage after early retirement

Complicated situation and would welcome some guidance please.
Husband and I are early 60's and separated decades ago and the house/ mortgage was put into my name. Apart from this financial arrangements were kept informal. We are now thinking of living together again. The house is worth maybe 230k, no mortgage, and he rents paying 600/ month. We want to move to a smaller house in a more expensive area, maybe 350k. We have 200k savings and a joint DB pension income of more than 51k. State pension of around 16k will kick in in 4 years time.
Would anyone give us a mortgage on a 350k new place so we could move before selling my current home, so letting us sort it out without living here?

You haven’t clarified how much you wish to borrow but subject to affordability, no problem.
