Please can anyone take sometime to give advise.
I am in the process of seperation, and am receiving a gift
of some money to help buy my other half out. I don’t have any credit cards and not overdrawn on my personal account. The joint account is only used by myself to put in
A monthly amount to cover mortgage and bills , but other half uses it for everything. We had trust deed which I am paying off as part of seperation, approx £4k left. My worry is, I have been accepted to take mortgage alone, but now going to underwriter and they will c amount every month £100 paid out. No one asked if ii was in trust deed and I have said all debs etc paid back. The deed was taken out 8 yrs ago and we have never defaulted on Mortgage or deed. I can pay off now but until I know I getting mortgage their is no point as other half would have no need to sign seperation as debts already paid. Please don’t judge me as this has been a very toxic marriage and my one chance to get out.
