This giveaway is open to individuals over the age of 18 years at the date of entry, resident in a participating European country (Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom) and is limited to one entry per person for the entire Giveaway Period (as defined below).

There is 1 (one) prize consisting of a 2016 Aprilia RSV4 1000 RF Motorcycle, 4 Cylinder, Maximum Power 210CV at 13,000 rpm, Maximum Torque 115 Nm at 10 500 rpm, registered in the UK and currently used as a display for marketing purposes in the 2016 World Superbike season and may have some minor signs of wear and tear. This promotion is not associated or endorsed by Aprilia.
The Promoter will select the winner at random on the 5th of January 2018 from the list of all eligible entrants.
The winner will be notified by email through which the Promoter will request all relevant personal data required for the transfer of ownership and a delivery address for delivering the Prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
Once an identified winner has claimed the Prize, the Promoter will undertake all legally required steps to transfer the motorbike into the Winner’s name and will ensure that the Prize is roadworthy at the place of the Winner’s residency. In the event that the Winner is located outside of the UK, delivery of the Prize will be subject to the time taken to perform all required legal modifications and relevant export and transport undertakings.
Insurance is not included. Insurance is the sole responsibility of the winner and evidence must be provided that this is in place before the Prize is transferred;
Maintenance and running costs of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner from the date of their ownership
The Prize does not include vehicle tax, insurance, fuel or any further supplementary items or optional extras outside of the standard specification of the model stated.
