I had an endowment mortgage and cashed in as was poor, so I just paid the interest and it up next year and owe £24k
The house is worth approx £80+k, how can I pay it off now but get the capital in cash now and keep until I want to sell in the future so I don't lose any in tax
Hope this makes sense!
