“Travel Dates”: Departure from the United Kingdom on 17 November 2017 and returning to the United Kingdom 20 November 2017.

Prize”: One Winner will win the following prize for themselves and one (1) Companion (who must be 18 or over);
• Return economy flights from an airport in London (airport to be determined by Promoter at their sole discretion based on availability) to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), all upon Promoter’s discretion and subject to availability.
• Three (3) nights’ accommodation at the Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, located at 8555 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048, USA (“Hotel”) in a double room. Standard breakfast included. Promoter reserves the right to change the Hotel subject to availability.
• Transport (travelling in the same vehicle) for the Winner and Companion from Los Angeles International Airport to the Hotel. No transport will be provided from and to the airport in London.
• One (1) ticket to the American Music Awards (“AMAs”) each for the Winner and Companion. Tickets both for Winner and Companion will be also provided to attend the AMAs after party (time and location will be communicated to Winner by Promoter once confirmed).

“Travel Dates”: Departure from the United Kingdom on 17 November 2017 and returning to the United Kingdom 20 November 2017.

“Prize Conditions”: Subject to fulfilment of the prize conditions set out below, Promoter reserves the right to select another Winner from the pool of entries;
(i) The Travel Dates are set to coincide with the AMAs and cannot be changed.
(ii) Winner and Companion must have a valid Passport with a minimum of six (6) months validity beyond the return date, with at least two (2) unstamped pages, a visa (if applicable) and any further documents required for travel.
(iii) Prize consists only of the elements set out in these Terms and Conditions, no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation insurance, unspecified meals, unspecified transportation, excursion, attractions, unspecified phone calls, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, fuel etc.) are included in the Prize (except as set out above) and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of the Winner and the Companion.
(iv) If Winner is unable to fulfil the Prize during the Travel Dates, the Prize will be forfeited and Winner shall not be eligible to any alternative Prize or any compensation.
(v) All elements of the Prize must be taken at the same time.
(vi) It is the responsibility of the Winner and their Companion to ensure that they satisfy all exit and entry requirements related to the travel destination(s) for this Prize.

“Start Time”:10:00:00 (GMT) on 02 October 2017.
“Closing Time”: 23:59:59 (GMT) on 16 October 2017.
”Selection Period”: From Closing Time until Two (2) clear days after the Closing Time (inclusive).
“Notification Period”: From Closing Time until Two (2) clear days after Closing Time (inclusive).
“Response Deadline”: Seven (7) clear days after the date of the Prize Notification (see paragraph 8 below)] and no later than by Friday 27 October 2017.
“Delivery Timescale”: Once Winner has given the Response, Promoter will contact the Winner to arrange the Prize details.
“Entry Limit”: Only once.
