Secured Loan
Hello
I'm new to forums so please forgive me if I've posted in the wrong area
My secured loan final payment is next month (originally Barclays first plus now elderbridge). I have been scouring the internet but I can't really find what I'm looking for. Do I need to do anything once the loan is fully repaid next month / how do i get the loan company removed from my deeds or is this some thing the loan company will do automatically?
Thank you in advance

You just need to make the final payment.0

I disagree - you may have to ask them to take the charge off the deeds because some lenders will leave it on in case you want to borrow more from them at a future date.
Check also what discharge fees may be charged if any as the lender has to pay the Land Registry.0 -
