Student Loan - Charges

I would appreciate any advise.

I have 4 student loans from 1994 - 1997 totaling £7k. My account is currently with Thesis Services.

I have provided thorough evidence that I have been under the repayment terms, however communication channels haven't been brilliant on both sides, but now I am being charged nearly £6k for delays.

I have asked for clarification in writing as to why I am getting charged this. I was made redundant last year and got deferred again, but they have still being pestering me to clear these charges.

What can I do? Where can I go for advise?

Any help will be greatly appreciated
