Mortgage / divorce advice please

Hi all,

Im just looking for some advice please, its not exactly wanted to be writing, but i need some advice,

So me and my wife got a joint mortgage and moved in 3 months ago, due to circumstances i do not want to say, as you can imagine its hard enough for me, with 2 children too.

But we are basically splitting up. My partner / ex partner has said i can keep the house as it was all taken on my wage and i have paid all the funds for the deposit, and she would not be able to afford the house on her part time wage, and obviously there is no equity in the house.

My question is can i get something written up that we can both sign to state that she has no interest in it, (more for the future )

i have spoken to the lender who says i need to re do the app form and pay solicitors etc again, which at the moment i do not have the funds as i hope you can imagine, with just moving in,

If anyone could please share any advice i would ever so grateful.

You need to see a GOOD solicitor and start divorce proceedings asap.

The longer you delay the more expense and heartache you will incur.

The fact that you have two children complicates things. How old are the children?
As missile said you need a good solicitor to help you.

The children are 5 and 2.
