    DCA will chase a debt whether it is statue barred or not - in the hope that you won't know about it being statue barred if that makes sense. They are ruthless and will hound you so make sure you see whats on your credit file. DCA's look out for debts that haven't been paid and try and get the money from you.


    You will only get a CCJ if the company concerned have taken you to court, whether you knew about it or not, though they should have informed you. You would also have received a letter from the court. But if, as you say, you haven't had any contact from them then I would think its unlikely but again, worth checking your credit files.
