No, not if the extra days were counted as overtime. In the absence of a contractual agreement for extra holiday it is calculated based on a normal 5 day week. The statutory entitlement is 5.6 weeks (28 days).0 -
There are potentially different rules covering leave for agricultural workers. Search 'agricultural workers annual leave' and go to the gov.uk site for details.0
