Yep! You gotta sign up in advance for most of them, and hardly any require you to go in on your *actual* birthday, deals are usually available either at the start of the birthday month, two weeks prior, or they're sent to you on the day but you've normally got at least two weeks to use them. Also, you can use many online (eg, free £5 off at Body Shop/Paperchase), and I've highlighted these in the recent update so you shouldn't miss out

I don't know if everyone gets this, but on the Lidl Plus app I was offered a free choc chip cookie from the bakery. Offer valid for 3 days.

If you're a Shopmium gold member (not silver, or standard), you get a 200g box of Ferrero Rocher for free. It was Lindt Lindor last year, so I'm glad they changed it !

I have been given several of the usual offers - £5 off at Hotel Chocolat, free Krispy Kreme doughnut, free sweet treat from Greggs - but I'm unlikely to be able to redeem them because of lockdown, and avoiding Public Transport    Still I'm pretty pleased with the few bits I've got
