Prudential compensation

I have just received a letter from the Pru in relation to my draw down pension.
They are giving me a £85 interest and £100 ex-gratia payment for delays. I have not filed a complaint, but I may have mentioned delays in a feedback form.
I thought the delays were the usual tactics, for them to hang onto their/my money; so I am quite pleased.
The draw down amount was around £35k

    There are no usual tactics.

Pru's service standards have been abysmal recently. Everything with them is taking much longer.
