Asda pension bulk transfer

Asda is shortly offering the chance for pension funds held with Prudential to be transferred into the Legal & General account which is the current provider of the Employee scheme. If you have less than 20 years to retirement age then the transfer is optional if you wish. Thoughts on transfer for aprox. 17 years left until drawing from scheme(s) ?
