I'm sorry to hijack this thread, but can someone tell me how to 'unpick' your offers? The instructions say to hover over the product you want to unpick and then select 'unpick', but that's just not happening for me. I've tried on two different browsers but there's no option to 'unpick', it's driving me mad! Is there some trick I'm just not understanding?

I had a problem last year and happened to mention at CS instore & they sorted it for me there.

as Callie says it's Pick Your Qwn - if you have a MyWaitrose card (available via Waitrose website) you can get 20% off of up to 10 items from a long list of groceries.
Sometimes the items on your list are on offer or reduced anyway, but you still get 20% taken off.
