Buying a new build

So im nearly 3 years discharged from a Scottish trust deed and was wondering if there are lenders out there that offer mortgages with a 10% deposit on new builds?
No trace of any adverse on my credit file as more than 6 years old.

    Technically yes -3 years discharged is sufficient for criteria for some lending sources in Scotland.

    Whether you can get Lender you wont know for sure until you consult a mortgage broker.
