Free service ends 15/10 according to an email I received.
New cost £1.99 a month for current users. I'll have a think as to whether I continue with it.

I closed my account shortly after I got the email - never really got much use out of the site.Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries0 -
Yeah I got the same E Mail. It's been useful but it's not as if I look at it that often as there is nothing much to update etc. I probably will not want to pay for it.0

Strange - I use it as well but have not received an email0

I'll have to have a look tomorrow and see, I did think as one of the earlier users I had been grandfathered in but maybe not ?
If I was doing it from scratch I'd say it was worth it for perhaps 3-6 months but after that once you've set your plans up and see if you are either a long way away, borderline or comfortable, you don't need to be revisiting it every month. In that content perhaps a tenner for lifetime might be better than losing out entirely on any subscription income plus people who will recommend the site.
But it's their site their rules.0 -

If you do nothing then:
"but if you do decide to take no further action, your account will be closed on 15th October 2017 and your data deleted from our systems."0 -
We signed up for the Premium plan a few months ago and we were unaware that classic was free - any idea how long it was free for?
Anyway it's well worth the small monthly payment and we are very happy with it and we have already got into the routine and update our valuations at the end of each month. The best bit is the ''what if'' modelling you can do although this can cause a bit of argy bargy between me and my husband who puts in ridiculously expensive cars when I just want to go on long holidays! Seriously though it has helped us to get our heads round our future plans and our adviser loves it too.0 -
It would be in the Sep 16 email as mentioned in post #6, at that time if you had an account you could either keep it as a freebie or upgrade to Premium which had the better modelling facility.0

Been a member since Aug 2015, but no more free access for me according to the 2 emails (28/09 & 20/09) I got
just 3 options
1. Continue Life Plan Classic - 1.99/month
2. upgrade to a premium account - 2.79/month
3. cancel the account - data deleted
But
if I go into the site in My Account there is a link "Classic (Free Trial) which offers to downgrade my account
Once downgraded it says I have a 'basic' account - but all my entered data is gone - so have to start again
Edit :
Basic account - does what is says on the tin - i.e. its very basic = just a record of your entered data entries no charts, visualizations nothing0
