I dont understand your reasoning thats abit like me going to buy a car knowing i can afford a 2000 loan but know they offer me 2500 which i cant afford then asking for part the money back after i have spent it. Maybe i dont think the same as you.

But sometimes it's not just as simple as paying back and moving on is it? I'm not asking for money back that I've spent - maybe you've misunderstood me? I'm wanting default markers removed from my credit file. As a bonus I'm wanting the interest and charges that were added refunding. Unfortunately work/overtime wasn't an option for me. My reasoning is that they lent to me when I couldn't afford it, and they shouldn't have done. I was having to borrow more money to pay them because I could barely afford my rent.0

Good luck with your plans, sounds like you’ve been on a real mission so far and got some good results.
The credit card companies, pay day and log book loans etc are sharks and try to exploit people for every possible penny. It’s not responsible lending and I hope you succeed.:)When you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on

Thank you. I do feel like I was then advantage of at a real low point. If 4 years ago I'd have got "no" repeatedly I'd never have gotten myself in this mess. I know it's my own fault for continuing to borrow, but it's a very hard cycle to break.0

The good thing is you’ve broken the cycle, keep going, it will be worth it.When you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on
