Hi,
For the last two years we have been overpaying our mortgage by £600 extra a month. We are planning to move in the next year or so. Our deal is ending in December. We are planning to get a new deal for another two years. Should we just stay in the house for another two years or should we try and move now? I wanted to save a bit more money for the new house but maybe in two years time with the house we are currently in the kitchen/bathroom may need replacing? I think its a bit silly of us to be paying such a big mortgage on a small house and we could be living in a bigger house paying the same mortgage!
Any advice??
