Their customer service is useless. I reported the same problem last month & they told me they'd fixed it when they hadn't so I reported it again stating that fact & they've just entered me into the competition & sent me a link for a survey on how they've answered my query which also enters me into a £500 prize draw, which is a bonus, so I've given them a bad review & mentioned in there about the problems again but can't believe they've just ignored the fact that I've told them that everybody is having problems entering & it's been going on for so long & people are getting very annoyed about it.

enter late at night less traffic and it goes through I was using Chrome same with the ones ending 03/10 after clearing browser.

Would not submit in Edge (tried a couple of times) but then tried Chrome and it went through first time.
