Confusing CCA Reply

Hi all,

I sent off some CCA requests to the last of my creditors beginning of September. So far

I have had an acknowledgement from 1 of them saying that they will request from the original creditor

I have had no response at all from another one, so will leave this one a while then send them a reminder (believe its the 12+2 letter i should send?)

Its the reply from the 3rd one that I am bemused/confused by and would like some advice about where i stand.

some background...
I had a loan back in 2006 for 12K, which i payed off beginning of 2007, i then took out another loan with the same provider later in 2008 for 15K, and its this loan that i defaulted on and have sent the CCA Request about. (Its currently in a self managed DMP, but would like to approach them about a full and final settlement).

The creditor has replied to the CCA request by sending me a letter that has the 2006 loan account number, and a photocopy of the loan agreement that i took out in 2006. Nothing in the letter or the agreement shows anything about the 2008 loan which is the one I am paying via the DMP and is the subject of the CCA Request that i made. They also quite regularly send me statements about the 2008 loan which has a totally different account number to the one that they supplied in the reply to the CCA.

Am confused as to what I should do next..

Any Ideas?

Thanks

Ladeda

Thanks Sourcrates, Do you think the below will suffice?

Thank you for your reply to my Consumer Credit Act 1974 (sections 77!79) request dated xx September 2017.

In your reply letter dated xx September 2017, you state agreement number : xxxxxxxxxxx and provided a photocopy for this agreement nuber which is dated xx/xx/06.

Please note that this is not the Agreement that I have requested the Information for.

My request (original letter included) was for a copy of the credit agreement that Reference number xxxxxxxxx refers. This request remains outstanding.

As originally requested please send me a copy of the above credit agreement and a full breakdown of the account including any interest or charges added, if the agreement is not available then please confirm this is the case.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Yours Faithfully etc.. etc..

    Cheers
