Christmas Party Outfit Challenge

Work have started putting out the feelers for the Christmas party and encouraging us all to sign up. Our company puts it on for free but you get charged if you sign up and then don't go (usually £30 - £50). While I don't mind going along for some free food and drink (and watching the head of HR do her knee slides across the dance floor like a 6yo kid), I do mind spending tons on an outfit.
So I thought it might be fun to set a challenge to see what outfits everyone could come up with for themselves for as little as possible. I know the most Money Saving advice is "don't go" or "wear something you already have" but for the sake of this challenge, pretend you have to go and you have nothing and are starting from scratch (except for underwear, we'll allow that one). You need to get the clothes, shoes and any accessories new, no second hand stuff from eBay or charity shops. If shopping in stores include the cost of transport and if shopping online include the delivery/returns charges. And don't worry, you don't have to spend a penny, this is just some fun to see how cheaply you can get an outfit.
I'm going to challenge myself to get everything from as few places as well! Good luck and have fun! :rudolf:
