A 'whipping cream' question...

Ive got friends coming over later for tea and cakes and it's just dawned on me I dont know the answer to my question....
If i whip my cream now using the whipping cream i have brought, will it hold its shape until later this afternoon or will it just look like normal cream again and go flat?
It would be great to get it done now so i dont have to bother later.

Yes it will hold its shape. Just use it like double cream.
