What's the fastest way to get the teeth straightened? especially the top font 6 or 8 teeth? most discretely way? I am in my mid 30s

There are many different brace systems which have advantages and disadvantages. Not all can be used for all problems and not all problems can be fixed quickly.
You need to see an orthodontist ie someone who specialises in braces. After taking x rays etc they will be able to discuss with you what may be the best system for you.
Ask your dentist which orthodontist they recommend.

It entirely depends on why your teeth are squiffy, what result you want, how much you’ve got to spend, and how stable you want it to be once it’s finished.
If you move teeth too quickly, there is a high danger of damaging things - so ‘quick’ can only happen if it’s a really easy problem to fix.
You need to go and see an orthodontist, who will assess the problem ask what result you’re expecting (Full ‘Essex’ straight, or just a bit less crooked?), and then give you the options of how to go about that with the costs of each.How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.

There are limitations to all brace systems. See an orthodontist who can tell you the pros and cons of many systems , not just one.
There are many types of movements these "fast systems" can't achieve, they are very prone to relapse , any brace mans you will have to wear retainers for life.
Don't "choose" a system and then find someone who does it, choose an orthodontist then see what they recommend.0 -
I'm not sure if there is a quick way to get what you want here, but braces are probably your best bet.0
