CIMA part qualified - Finding it hard to find a suitable role and experience

Hi Everyone
Just looking for any advice from people working in finance on how to find a suitable part qualified position where I will get coaching and support
I have worked in accounts for 8 years, I started by completing an apprenticeship and doing AAT levels 2,3 and 4. I then went on to do CIMA and am now onto strategic level (i have passed E3 so have 2 objective tests and the case study to complete) but my work experience is behind where i am in my studies. My management accounts experience consists of posting monthly journals and preparing a first draft of P&L reports and variance analysis.
I am keen to complete my CIMA exams ASAP and aim to qualify by next summer but i am finding it hard to find a role where i am supported apart from the study being paid for by my employer. I have now been in 3 different assistant accountant roles in the past year where i have not been coached/mentored and not given the opportunity to be heavily involved in the management accounts and left to do ledger tasks and reconciliations.
I am now in a position where I look unreliable for changing jobs so frequently and finding it very difficult to find a manager who wants to help me and has time to coach me to bring my experience up to my study level.
Any advice on how to find a suitable role or what i should do next would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Why do you think being an assistant accountant is going to result in you doing management accounting? Unless the boss likes you, it wont happen.
As you know, its always best to find a job and a company that sees your vision and is willing to support you to get to where you want to go.
At the moment you have gone for the qualification without the support so you dont have the needed experience.
Get your qualification, get an accountant role (NOT assistant accountant) then side-step into an assistant management accountant role.
Ultimately find a better employer.0
