I've been putting this off after a lot of In's at the start of the month, gulp.

Most of this was purchased all at once, i was clearly feeling spendy. I'm going to do a No Buy November, with the exception of if i completely run out of a product (unlikely!) and my purchases from my trip to New York in a few weeks. I need to have a good month as i am barely working at all in November.

Writing my empties down has made me realise i'm not keeping proper track of my purchases so i'm making a better effort to make sure they both add up. I'm also in a slow process of decluttering so will no doubt be back in a few days to list my giveaways/throwaways

Had some moments of weakness this month! Had a streak of no purchases and then gave in a little bit. I bought some new Benefit make-up as needed a confidence boost. I've also purchased a couple of body lotions in the New Look sale. I have a few shower gels and conditioners which are running out so hope to finish at least one of them by the end of the month.

Soap & Glory The Righteous Butter 50ml - Got this with 3for2 when buying my friend a birthday present in Boots. Still have the scrub from the gift set to use up. I love the scent of Soap&Glory products. WDBA but as a treat - still lots of body lotions left in the stash!

Impulse Tease Red Fruits & Woods Body Fragrance 75ml - These little sprays are my weakness - still four scented aerosols in the stash to get through from an original stash of around 20. Don't plan to repurchase any as plenty of scented items left.

INs
New Look Honey & Almond Softening Body Lotion 150ml - I honestly couldn't say 'no' to anything on sale for £1 (originally was £5).
New Look Blush Body Lotion 200ml - I like this as it scented and will make me smell fresh in the morning.

Still lots to use up this year! I have learned though as I realise what takes ages for me to use up so I try steer clear of items I know will sit for a lot longer in storage.

I am going to remove 2 items from the list:-

Murad cleanser - Emma put this in her bedroom so she intends to use this.

L'Occitane mini verbena body lotion - I can't squeeze anything out of this stupidly shaped packaging. Will see if my friend at work does a War Child box again this year and donate it to her for this.

Will think of two replacements.

I don't think I could do 14 by Feb either - though I love the idea of it. I'm just not sure how I'd choose things?!

I'll have a go at 5 by Christmas though. After some deliberation, I've chosen the following:
- Seche Vite (as it's unlikely I'll finish an actual polish )
- Elemis pro-collagen eye treatment
- Elemis night recovery cream-oil
- Murad invisiblur primer
- a hand cream (I'm soooo bad at using hand creams!)

I've had a few UUs over the past few days too, yay!
- Smashbox foundation and concealer sample cards. WNB - just wasn't impressed by any. Bit cakey.
- AlphaH Liquid Gold. WDB - love it, really helps hyperpigmentation. I've never actually bought one by itself, always get them in beauty boxes or similar. Have just started my third
- John Frieda Sheer Blonde shampoo. WDBA - HG.
- L'Occitane supple skin oil mini. WNB.
- Benefit porefessional matte rescue card sample. WMB - it's nice. I've got bigger samples to try later.
- Clarins SOS hydra mask mini sample. WMB - it was really nice, would happily use again. I just don't like paying a lot for face masks.
