Four months old Parking Eye ticket at Aldi Kingsbury

Hi guys
I would like your assistance with my case. Received PCN for parking at Aldi Kingsbury for 26 minutes because didn’t scan my receipt in the shop. The problem is the date of event 5.05.2017 and pcn was issued on 27.09.2017 basically 4 months later. I went to the shop to complain spoke with manager he said because I paid by cash and as it was 4 months ago they can not help me as they can only print receipts up to 3 months back.
Any advise how to proceed with this should I write to Aldi customer services or just appeal to Parking Eye as normal.

Thank you for you help.

    both

use the blue text appeal in the NEWBIES sticky thread, also point out they have failed POFA2012 so as KEEPER you are not liable and they should pursue the driver (who shall not be named)

and write to the CEO of Aldi , pointing out you are a loyal customer , show any 2017 receipts or redacted bank statements etc and INSIST that this spurious pcn is cancelled (also point out what the manger said above too)

this has been done many times before

an easy win at POPLA too
  • Where to get CEO email of Aldi ?
  • i found this one online gmd.cs@aldi.co.uk is it the right one?

Must be a non-POFA ''golden ticket'' then, nothing about POFA /29 days to keeper liability on the back? Or is it a Notice to Hirer of you lease/hire the car?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It was my own car and I was surprised myself when I saw the date of the event and date of issue.

So you have a golden ticket as shown in post #3 of the NEWBIES thread. A keeper appellant can't lose.
