Capital Repayments

I've got a 10 year 2 year deal remortgage with Leeds of 40,000. The 2 year deal ends in July next year. I made a Capital repayment December last year of 4000 and kept the repayments the same. I'm restricted to paying 10% for the 2 year deal. The mortgage is now around 32,000. I want to make a capital payment again in December can I make a 4000 payment again or is it 10% of what I owe on the mortgage? Thanks forumites.
