Tuesday - ham salad sandwich, apple, strawberries, crisps, date and chocolate peanut brownie bar. Can of Zero Tango.

Just did some prawns on the George Forman at work, Out of date tomorrow. Nicely seasoned and some fruit.
I get the graze snacks a couple of times a month. One of them for later.

Well done everyone.
I've been doing this for years, apart from the occasional work lunch out. I make pasta & rice based dinners in bulk and have them piled up in my freezer at home. I defrost them overnight for lunch the next day.0
