Yes Harriet, you all are too
It went without saying (thats why i did not say that mse'rs are) kinda stating the obvious:beer:
Was merely stating 'for those that do not know' that they are approachable and friendly0 -
Thanks manda, I will maybe take our library cards or something. I justwondered why it stated dont forget to take valid ID
And I have found this site very friendly too. manda has very kindly offered to send me her sun vouchers and lots of kind people have sent me H&B vouchers. (Sorry leadhead, I mean coupons lol
)
I have tried to repay the favours, and a bloke was asking for any Alton Towers discounts a while back. I had some 2 for 1 vouchers from the mail and sent him about ten. Nice chap has never even Pmed to say he has received them, or thank you or anything. Thats what annoys me; lack of manners!!!!! A quick thank you costs nothing, and it is a nice feeling to think you've helped someone is it not?
I can be brown I can be blue I can be violet and sky. I can be hurtful I can be purple I can be anything you like..Gotta be green gotta be mean gotta be everything more...0 -

Sorry for going off topic but...
I did that a year or so ago. I got some stuff from the Freebies board and had more than I would use. I saw a post from somebody else saying that she hadn't been able to get hold of any so pm'd her and sent some of to her.
The stuff I sent was free but it was quite heavy and cost a couple of quid to post. She didn't even pm me to say thanks!
I still see the same poster on here sometimes and it reminds me and still winds me up even now! :rolleyes:
It totally put me off sending stuff to other people after that!

I am always very grateful when people send me things and I always say thank you. Like I say, doesnt cost anything does it? It is nice to help people but it is nice to feel they are happy you've helped themI can be brown I can be blue I can be violet and sky.
