    Glad we are on the home straight now.
    Mortgage for £212000 - 10/17 for 35 years!
    Aiming to overpay each year as close to 10% as possible!
  • Wow you guys have given me hope...I have a deposit of 50 k..a salary of 65 k and some missed payments that I'm clearing this month. I hope I can get a mortgage for 250 for a new build x

    The missed payments may be a hurdle, but using a good broker you should be fine.
