P60 - Is this salary paid or money received?

I have received a P60 that quotes gross salary paid by my employer

However, I actually received less money as some of the salary wasn't paid before the company closed.

Should the P60 quote the salary that was due to be paid, or the money I actually received?

On my personal tax return, do I quote salary paid (P60) or what I actually received?

Post 1 seems to say P60 is wrong - is it?

Sorry but you seem to need more expert advice than I can offer.

And have you claimed from the redundancy service?

    What is the redundancy service?

I didn't think this would be uncommon - i.e. a small business not being able to pay its' staff.

It's not a massive amount - and only one of a number of sources of income - but it's providing some complications with HMRC who have provided some contradictory advice.

Well if your employer closed down - rather than simply ceased to trade - IE the company went bankrupt / insolvent / etc. - then you can claim outstanding wages from the government.
