Hi all,
About 5-8 years ago, there was a poster who created a "Mortgage Schedule Calculator" spreadsheet, which is really brilliant.
It detailed monthly interest the and affect of OPing, versus a different rate / OP payment.
Unfortunately my copy has corrupted. Does anyone remember this?
