30 hour childcare for Self employed

Hi everyone,
It's my first time posting in this group, I hope I've posted in the correct place.
Can anyone help me..

I'm self employed, online seller, work from home, work over 20 hours a week.
I've been self employed over 12 months now, last year I took £17,000 but my business made a loss as purchased a website, computer etc.
So this year I'm hoping for £20,000 turnover (hopefully more) unsure how much profit as been on a few business courses and made some bad buys. Profit maybe less than 5k.

I only take out £200 a month for myself as a wage and rest stays in my business bank account. I'm not limited company so the business money is still classed as my own. I can't afford to pay myself anymore yet as want to keep growing my business and buying more and more stock in.

Question is.. Am I entitled to 30 hours free childcare for my 3.5 year old? Does it go on profit or turnover?

Thanks loads
